Description/skills-
ARCSERV/BRIGHTSTOR 6.0 ---->11.x version, VERITAS and some Legato.
Experience deploying and maintaining these backup client and server software.
DR experience in these applications.
Proven troubleshooting skills of missed and failed backups. Familiar with Brightstor Support procedures.
Operating System Specific Experience
Familiarity with WinNT/2K shell commands and text editors, SQL
Installation procedures for Arcserv/Brightstor server and client on Intel platform
Knowledge of basic networking skills and theory, and capable of identifying network related performance issues
Storage Hardware Experience
Knowledge of VTL tape library technology
SAN function and its hardware capabilities and functions
